current within 10 days after moving?
It's easy -- just print this form and mail with $10 as instructed below.
The address on your Florida Driver License may be changed by mail. Upon
submission of this form and a $10 check or money order, payable to Division of
Driver Licenses, you will be provided with a replacement license or a sticker to
be placed on the back of your current Florida Driver License, reflecting your
new address. Mail this form to:
